Back from ATIA with Fresh Perspectives, New Connections

I've just returned from Orlando after five days soaking up the sun and the incredible energy at ATIA. I particularly enjoy this conference each year because attendees are so very focused on problem solving and how the products and services --- both new and rediscovered --- might help them better serve their customers:  teachers, OTs and students from across the country.

I love sharing PointScribe with people who immediately jump two steps ahead of me and "get" how our software will benefit a student or educator they work with. So much more than a product demonstration, it becomes an exciting, dynamic exchange of ideas.

As usual, I saw many familiar vendor faces: Vizzle, Laureate Learning, Judy Lynn Software, AAC Tech Connect and Prox Talker. I also enjoyed and appreciated all of our existing customers who took the time to come to our booth and say hello.

New and noteworthy from this trip:
  • Experia --- sensory rooms and all the wonderful things that go into them
  • National Federation of the Blind---NFB Newsline---Online and audio content delivery
Next stop: CEC in Denver. See you there!
